  • Why doesn't the powerbank work?
    Please check if the lights at frontside of the powerbank are shining, if not, press the black button on the side of the powerbank. Sometimes it can happen that our power banks are not charged due to technical errors. Simply put them back in within 5 minutes and rent a new one. There will be no extra costs.
  • Which devices can be charged?
    Almost all devices can be charged as we have the 3 most commonly used cables: Apple Lightning, USB-C, Micro-USB and even wireless charging
  • What if the payment fails?
    Please check the balance of the selected payment method or try a different payment method. If it fails again, please contact us to resolve the issue.
  • How do I return a powerbank?
    First fold back the charging cables. Insert the powerbank back into a station in the direction of the arrows on the powerbank. Make sure that the powerbank is firmly in place. The station will confirm this with a green light. The return is complete and will be automatically recognized in the app.
  • Where are the charging cables of the powerbank?
    The grey cables are located on the back of the powerbank. All three cable types are available: Apple Lightning, USB Type-C, Micro-USB and even wireless charging
  • How do I rent a powerbank?
    First download the LEY Charging app and scan the QR code with the app. Next, add a payment method and confirm the rental. Then a powerbank will pop out of the station and you can simply take it with you.
